Four Footed Family Response to Covid-19
to keep our staff and students safe
We have established a Covid plan so that everyone can feel safe and comfortable while learning new skills for the safety of your pets!
- Masks will be required when walking into class and there will be touchless hand sanitizer that everyone will be required to use as well before taking their seat.
- We will have extra masks at the door for anyone who needs them.
- Our instructors and staff will be wearing masks for the duration of the class or workshop.
- When sitting at your table you may remove your mask but we ask for you to put it back on if you get up from your seat.
- Each table is at least 6 feet distanced from one another.
- If you are a party of one you will be seated at your own table.
- If you are a party of two or more you may sit together at the same table, if you would like.
- All of our stuffed animals practice patients and first aid equipment will be sanitized before and after each class.
- Each student will be given gloves to be worn along with their mask during the hands-on learning.
- During CPR practice, students will not be required to actually make mouth to snout contact with the CPR manikins.
- Any pens provided to students in class will be sanitized before and after each class session.
- All quizzes are encased in plastic sheet protectors and are sanitized before and after each use.
If you or anyone in your party feels unwell, we ask that you let us know in advance and we can reschedule you for a different date and class time. Please do not show up to class if you are not feeling well.
If you have been exposed to someone who currently has Covid-19 we ask that you do not attend your scheduled class. We will reschedule you for class at your convenience after the appropriate 14 day quarantine period.
Thank you for working with us through this uncertain times.
